Here is a quick rundown on a few recent bits n' pieces:
'Flying Clippers: Flying Boats From Foynes To Newfoundland' was broadcast on Friday March 28th, on West Limerick 102 .
Thanks to all who helped on this production, both sides of the Atlantic. Once I figure out technology properly, I will add some audio to this site. This documentary might actually be broadcast in Canada too soon - watch this space....
'State' Magazine - Doing a few review bits for State, a new Irish monthly mag about to hit Issue #3. Also check their blog out for regular updates, including this interview with Vampire Weekend from ages ago...
SPIN South West - will be producing a documentary this summer for SPIN entitled 'The Hitchikers Guide To The South-West', which will see Mark Keane and myself hitch from Borris-In-Ossary to Dingle...yikes. Also recently spent a month as fill-in presenter with SPIN Talk, which I must admit was a lot of fun.
Limerick Independent - check in on Limerick Indo's site and paper weekly for update entertainment features.
'From Limerick To Lusaka' - I will be in Zambia at the end of May/start of June making a six-part series for Wired FM, looking at how Irish aid has helped the country. These programmes will be broadcast from October onwards.
'Creameries Of West Limerick' - production of this six-part series will commence in late August/early September. More info to follow....
